This workout planner contains 12 weeks of HOME workouts. This program is 3, 4 week sections: Every four weeks, you will get a new set of workouts. Shelby designed it this way so that you can become familiar and confident with the movements before moving on to a next set of workouts. Each week is a progression from the previous week: make sure to pay attention to the rep count and how many sets you are instructed to do.
